Thediarygame for 07/12/2023: My Day In Words and Pictures

Hello wonderful people of steem kids and parents, today was another beautiful day. I thank God for his faithfulness and for life. Follow me as I walk you through my day.

MORNING

I woke early today and proceeded to watch my clothes and dishes.

Now where I am staying we don't have borehole because it is very expensive to drill one here. So we use this very big well. The well is so deep and scary. I hope no one falls inside it as I've never seen a well so big and deep. At first I did not know how draw water from the well so everytime I fetched little by little till I could fill my bucket. But this morning my friend showed me how to and it was very easy. That's why it is good to be teachable so you can learn new things.

After that, I had my bath and headed out to attend a meeting. There was no time to have breakfast but fortunately on my way to the venue I got a message on my whatsapp that the meeting won't hold. I immediately turned back and approached a roadside mamaput and ordered for rice and beans of ₦500.

By this time my battery was low so I searched for a place to charge it.

AFTERNOON

By noon I took a walk around the environment and came to this tree where a lot of noise was coming from the top. I looked up hoping to see birds but instead I saw bats. Not one, not two but hundreds. I was so petrified.

EVENING

In the evening, I went to eat and saw this woman selling Abacha. Since I had always wanted to taste this food, I decided to order it for ₦400 which I had initially budgeted for garri and soup.
I was full of expectations only to test it and it wasn't what I expected.
I just wasted money and was still feeling hungry.

CONCLUSION
My day was great and I had a new experience. The only bad part was that Abacha I ate and it was a waste. I also met new friends.
