What is nutrition? And what is nutrition for?

After all these needs are met, we move on to the next stage, namely physical exercise and what is very important to achieve health is the fulfillment of balanced nutrition
what is nutrition.?
Nutrients are organic substances needed by organisms for normal body functions, growth, and maintenance of health.
To meet these nutrients / nutrients, namely by:
