My Opinion on the steemit engagement challenge

This is @yourloveguru from India and I am super excited to be part of this contest which is organised by my good friend @simonnwigwe in #steemkids community . He always bring fantastic contest topic. In this contest I need to talk about improvement which can be consider in season 8 so let's begin this post :

I would like to see few improvements in the engagement challenge for the season 8

1. Increase the rewards for the engagement challenge to incentivize more users to participate and engage with each other.

2. Create more diverse and interesting engagement tasks that encourage users to interact with different types of content and users.

3. Implement a more transparent and fair system for selecting the winners of the engagement challenge.

4. Encourage the use of the Steemit platform's built-in engagement features such as comments, upvotes, and resteems.

Consider adding additional rewards for users who consistently engage with others throughout the entire duration of the challenge.

I have to admit that the aim of the engagement challenge is been fulfilled? This is my explanation:

it appears that the engagement challenge on Steemit has been successful in achieving its aims to a certain extent.

The primary aim of the engagement challenge is to increase user engagement and interaction on the Steemit platform. The challenge encourages users to engage with each other's content, such as liking, commenting, and sharing posts, and rewards them for doing so.

Additionally, the challenge has also helped to increase the visibility of users' content, which can lead to more followers, upvotes, and earnings.

If I would get a chance to select communities for the steemit engagement challenge for season 8 :

Here are seven communities that could be considered for the Steemit engagement challenge for Season 8:

Steem kids and Parents - #SteemKids community is a high-quality community that provides valuable resources, support, and engagement opportunities for parents and children on the Steemit platform. It serves as an excellent example of how a positive and supportive community can thrive on the Steemit platform.

World of XPILAR - This is a community focused on art and photography on the Steemit platform. It has a large number of users who engage with each other's creative content through upvotes, comments, and contests.

The Diary Game - This is a community where users share their daily lives and experiences on the Steemit platform. It has a large following and encourages engagement through the use of hashtags and daily challenges.

Steem Africa - This is a community that focuses on promoting African culture, lifestyle, and stories on the Steemit platform. It has a large and engaged following and encourages engagement through various activities and initiatives.

Steem Sri Lanka - This is a community focused on promoting Sri Lankan culture, tourism, and lifestyle on the Steemit platform. It has a large and active following and encourages engagement through contests, challenges, and support initiatives.

Steem Bangladesh - This is a community focused on promoting Bangladeshi culture, language, and lifestyle on the Steemit platform. It has a large and engaged following and encourages engagement through various activities and initiatives.

Crypto Academy - This is a community that focuses on educating Steemit users about cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and trading. It has a large following and encourages engagement through quizzes, assignments, and discussions

Are there any issues with the reward system in the engagement ?

The Steemit community, here are some potential issues with the reward system and ideas for improvement:

Lack of transparency: Some users feel that the reward system is not transparent, and it is unclear how winners are selected.

To improve transparency, the selection criteria for winners could be more clearly communicated, and a panel of judges could be selected from the Steemit community to evaluate the engagement and participation of the users.

Lack of incentives for consistent engagement: Some users feel that the reward system does not adequately incentivize consistent engagement throughout the entire challenge period.

To encourage users to engage consistently, additional rewards could be offered for users who engage with others' content every day throughout the challenge.

To address this, the reward pool could be increased, or additional rewards could be offered, such as recognition or badges for users who consistently engage with others throughout the challenge period.
