This is my favourite community and most active community among all communities in which I am connected till now. This community is based on kids and parents theme but they respect all content and creative writer and help them to grow.
@steemkidss has decided for us that what to write ✍️ on Monday to Sunday in his contest.

According to his instructions, Today is Monday and on monday we need to write about health and nature.
So I am going to share article which is based on foods and kids health. Hope all Steemians will like my content . Let's start this beautiful contest post:
What Parents should do if their Children are really weak |

Now a days Children are very fond of to eat junk foods instead of healthy nutrition foods & due to this bad eating habit, they don't put on their weight. If parents want to make their kids healthy so they should add green vegetables & banana shakes in their regular diet.
What are main reasons of weak Children |

Children use to play games and indulge with other activities and due to this, they don't eat properly. This is main reason of their weak health.
Some children avoids healthy foods and they eat only fast foods and junk foods and some children eat food but still they are weak by some of reasons.
This is big challenge for all parents that how do they give proper diet which has essential nutrition, vitamins, minerals which give them good health and right weight.
Every children must consume Vitamins, minerals, protein, fat on regular basis.
Today according to my experience, I am going to share some foods which is very good for children's health.
Banana |

Banana is very healthy food. There are many certified benefits of banana. If you will mix banana into milk so it becomes mire healthy and more beneficial.
Banana shake is very popular shake and contain many healthy benefits which give you health protection from many diseases.
Parents can increase immunity of their kids to feed them banana shakes.
Butter & Milk |

Butter & milk are very necessary for kids because it contains good amount of Fat. All parents must add butter & milk in kids' diet. They can mix into liquid peas, apply on bread & roti.
Milk is good and contains calcium which is necessary for kids . Doctor also recommends milk.
Milk is really good to increase weight, if your child don't like to drink milk so you can add chocklate into milk so taste will be good and children will get milk benefits.
Green vegetables and Peas |

Green vegetables & Peas are very digestive foods and containing rich protein, fat, vitamins, minerals. It gives you healthy life and make you stay fit and disease free.
There are many peas which you can add in your diet but Pigeon Pea/ Arhar ki Dal is most popular and common peas among all.
Parents should feed broccoli, tomato, potatoes, cabage to their children. These vegetables help them to put on weight and make them healthy.

Children are very moody, parents need to be clever and must add milk, butter, green vegetables, peas, fruits in their diet then only their children can put on their right weight and can stay health.
