No, I do not agree with the fact that silence allows violence, the reason is because silence can be a great tool for resistance of violence and to stand against injustices. Sometimes speaking up can actually attract violence.

I agree with you silence can be a great tool for resistance of violence, in silence one keeps the oppressor in the dark and create ways to be totally free and liberated.
