I'm so delighted to participate in this weekly Drawing challenge organized by this grate community. In today's challenge we were asked to draw a kangaroo, seriously this weekly challenge have made me to fall in love with art, and it has improved my drawing skills as well. Thank you @eliany for your efforts.
Describe a kangaroo
Kankaroo are marsupial from the family of( macropodidae) and the meaning of of this word macropods is large foot.that is to say the kankaroo have large hind legs, two eyes, two large ears,long muscular tail, small head and they have large feet adapted for leaping, the legs are actually divided into two, the front legs is called the fore legs while the back legs are they Hind legs. There are and female kankaroo, the female kankaroo have a pouch which is normally called marsupium. And it's incisors are used to crop grass close to the ground. The male kankaroo are considered as the largest species and they are also called the red kangaroo because it's grow up to 2 metres long and the weight of 90kilos. The red kangaroo are very scary at night because of its weight and it's Haight.
The kankaroo are more better than the smaller macropods when it's comes to land clearing, and they are always much while the smaller species are very rare.
The kangaroo are always active at night and early in the morning and there hunting is extremely cruel. They always take their time while working because it's relatively slow, taking on step at a time with their hind legs,and they always keep their front legs ahead,in other to balance well. Normally they used there long tails to Lean on because they consider the tail as their extra legs.And they feed on leave or fruits.they also eat grass just like the cow but they Burp Less Methane
What qualities does a kangaroo have?
The qualities of kangaroo are as follows;
- Kangaroo are very sensitive and intelligent
- they used there strong tail as extra legs
- they have large hind legs
- The kangaroo have ears that can twist in any direction
- The have muscular tails that helps them to balance, to kick and to defend themselves
- They have a powerful Hinds legs that hoops on its own
- the female kangaroo has a pouch which helps them to carry there younger once

I have never seen kangaroo physical but, i have seen it in television and newspapers.
Are they important to man?
The kangaroo are very important to human because they use there skin are used to make clothes and also their body parts are used as bush meat in some of the counties.they are very friendly with human and they can communicate with them like dogs, even though they can be sometimes aggressive to human but they are very important. The kangaroo are also keeped in the zoo which generate income for the owners.
Simple Steps in drawing a kangaroo
Materials used for the drawing are;
Step1: I drew the head, and the eyes of the kangaroo
Step2: I drew the ears, the stomach and the tail of the kangaroo
Step3: I drew the front leg, which is called the fore legs
Step 4: I now drew the back legs which is the Hind legs
Step5:I did some finishing touches on the drawing to make it look more beautiful
