Greetings to all friends of the Steem Kids & Parents Community.In this Contest for the S6-W5, a very delightful contest is organized again by this noble community in line with the special Christmas season. "should gift giving only be for a season in a year", I will be sharing my thought on this theme today, enjoy reading through it.

I see Giving a gift as a deep feeling from someone to show affection or love to another person h it entitles leasing wealth or properties with no intention of returns, but what matters in gift giving is the translation of feeling and affection for loved ones. A gift is a special present given to someone, it has to do with the giver willingly giving out a gift to another which indicates concern and/or expression of Love.

The gift is not only limited to money or presents alone but the gift of time is also valuable as well. We tend to limit gift giving to only physical offers, but do you know your presence can be the greatest gift to many? Most Especially those you have not met for a long time. Try to offer some loved ones a special gift or a surprise visit, and see the person's reaction.

Presenting a gift should not only be for a season but timely. A gift also serves as a means to bond relationships, express love, share affection, and a lot more, All these do not happen to us seasonally or occasionally, so we should always share Love time.

Some Special gifts can be occasional or seasonal to define the mood of that season or occasion. For instance, the kind of gift you will present for a wedding occasion will be different from the gift you will present for a child's naming ceremony and also for Christmas. Even if you give someone a gift regularly, a special event should not be skipped, because what you will present will mean a lot.

Giving gifts should not be assumed to be seasonal but the truth is some season mandate you to give a gift as an average thinker even if you don't intend to. Will it not look odd for me to visit my sister's kids in December without any gift? So even if not seasonal I see that you cannot skip gift-giving on special occasions like Christmas.

A special occasion that expects you to show love to another is a great opportunity to give a gift. Such occasions and seasons like Christmas, Valentine, Birthdays, Father's/mothers day, and others you can think of.

Even though sometimes it is good to surprise your loved ones with gifts unexpectedly, there is some pressure personnel that you have to use the season to show them, love through gifts and presents.

As said earlier, it depends on the season and individual and as well on the giver, if I am going for a newborn child naming ceremony, is idle I present diapers or pampers as a gift or even baby dresses, for my children, I know what I can buy for them, maybe a pack of juice and some chips.

Like for this Christmas season, many of your Love ones will prefer your presence to a material gift, Coming together, having fun, and celebrating the season as well as spending quality with your loved one matters a lot for the season.

The right motive for giving is showing love, yes! I mean Showing Love. That means love means giving a gift but it is backed up by a heart of cheerfulness to share every bit of what we have with loved ones.

Some people give gifts to earn respect, some for superiorship, while others for a selfish act to gain favors, some gift is to motivate others, but to me, any gift that is given out of Love and showing you truly care about another person's affection is not a true gift but just doing it.

Everyone is qualified to give a gift. Because everyone deserves to Love and be loved. Disputes may come in the aspect of where a poor man will see himself as not worthy to give a gift to the rich, he may think that he can't afford what may impress the rich.

But hey! The gift is not about the value/quality or quantity of what you offer but how you offered it and with the pure mine to which you give t. That is why we have special seasons to give gifts to all, the season will define your gift, not Quality or quantity. So, therefore children, adults, and the old are all qualified to give gifts.

So excited of course, the giver will be happy and the receiver will be happy as well. The mood of happiness stays if the giver did not put an expectation of return from the person to whom he is giving the gift.

The giver gets fulfillment and excitement if the person he is giving the gift receives it with joy.
