Hello everyone, It's a pleasure for me to welcome you all to my blog on this faithful day. Today I will participate in a contest organized by @simonnwigwe on the topic "My Opinion on the steemit engagement challenge" indeed we all have our opinion on how the next engagement challenge will be and I believe this is the very best time to share it with the house.
Briefly state the few changes you will love to see in the engagement challenge for the season 8
Based on how the engagement has been so far, I must say that all the communities who are being selected for the engagement are doing well but one thing I option is that some of the topics organized by some communities are a bit difficult so I suggest that all the community should at least organize a contest that everyone will participate and engage more with other.
Another change that I will love to see in the next engagement challenge contest season 8 is that all communities should have a creatatrial for selecting their winners. It should be led out so that everyone will be aware of it. From the previous engagement, Winners are being selected randomly without the users knowing what makes them qualified so I suggest all communities should consider this. So that we will all know the reason why the winners were selected.
Back then winners were selected based on the way they engage with others and the quality of their content but this day everything has changed.
Do you think that the aim of the engagement challenge is been fulfilled? Explain your answer
To some extent, the aim is been fullied because we engage with different people worldwide, the relationship bond is always intact and I'm enjoying every bit of it. Also one doesn't have to be disturbed about what to write each day because topics will be provided from different communities for the whole week. At least each day one can create one piece of content.
If you are to select communities for the steemit engagement challenge for season 8, what are the names of the community and why? (7 communities including crypto academy)
Wow 🤔 this will be a little bit difficult for me because most of the community selected for the engagement challenge are doing their best to come out with good contests and also support users. But since we were asked to select a community then I have to select 8 out of the community which is doing a great job during the engagement challenge. Below are the communities which I will love to see in the next season.

The reason why I selected the communities above is that they always support each user with votes also they always review their contests on time. More also the topic they usually select is very interesting and educative in such a way that everyone can participate.
Do you have any issues with the reward system in the engagement, tell us how the reward system can be improved.
Not at all, because It's no longer news that vote is not guaranteed and everyone is aware of it even though most often than known the chef curator always so for that reason I write because I want to learn from others, and others will learn from me as well. I can only try out best to create quality content and then hope for the best on each of the content. for me the reward system is okay.
Conclusion
In conclusion, the engagement challenge contest has been very interesting so far. Interacting with different users is one of the most interesting parts of the challenges.

I agree on this too. Stating the criteria for selecting winners will help writers know just how to create their post. It another beautiful way to help newbies grow as they will be able to identify what and what not to do.
