SEC14 WK:#3:🤷My Perception About House Chores
Welcome to another fresh week of exploits and engagement. It has been an opportunity to continually share my ideas on given contest topics and this week brought about a topic about CHORES and all we have to note about it. Just as usual, I will be sharing my views on it using the listed hints/guidelines.

This is one word as short as it is with 6 letters has been a center of activity in the home to achieve the desired purpose. On the other hand, it has also brought about nagging, disagreement, annoyance, and discomfort in some homes. Do we need to know why this negative outcome despite knowing the positive impact it creates if properly done?
Chores are simply those home activities that are carried out to enhance the cleanliness of the environment, decency of the home for comfort and orderliness, or enhance personal hygiene. Each time home chores are mentioned, what primarily comes to our mind is doing those things that bring about those above-mentioned activities.
In the real sense, these are basic activities that help us achieve a certain level of cleanliness, orderliness of home items, and high personal hygiene that helps boost the longevity of both home and human lives. Just as we know, Cleanliness is next to Godliness. We have to be intentional about home chores to help achieve some of these purposes.

Some of the common home chores we must have come across in our daily routine include;
- Sweeping
- Mopping
- Dusting
- Washing
- Arranging of home items/gadgets
- Cooking
- Bathing
- Shopping

This particular question seems funny and only my spouse would understand why it is funny to me. However, I will try to be honest while responding to this question. I know that we can count a certain percentage of the male gender that would have a high affinity for domestic chores. This may not be too far from your guess. Your guess is as good as mine.
At different points in time, I have found myself doing all of the mentioned chores without being told. They are involuntarily done by me except for some of the market shopping that I may likely be told to be asked to get on my way from work. From sweeping to mopping, dusting to washing, I do them when it's convenient especially during weekends to help reduce the load of chores.

House chores are as important as our everyday living. They are directly proportional to our state of health. If we don't do them, we may likely find ourselves living less than we should.
Imagine a home that doesn't make their meals at home by shopping, just because no one wants to do the chores, everyone goes hungry or the kids suffer because they are likely not going to know how these delicacies are prepared in situations where everyone eats outside.
Sweeping, mopping, dusting, and washing off are some of the cleaning methods that ensure that our homes are tidy. We all know that this is the little we can do to keep off from germs which are man's enemy and main channel to falling ill. We cannot afford to spend a fortune in the hospital just to get well while the remedy is simply by getting our homes tidy.

Our kids need to know how to do all these chores given their importance both in the present and future. I believe knowing how to do this basis of sweeping, washing and the rest is best for them while growing up and in their future homes.
These would allow them to practice cleanliness domestically even before going out. Everyone likes a clean home and this is best done by ourselves. This is usually the first thing that says who we are before our guests.
This also determines how tidy we are in our hygiene. Kids should know how best to keep their hygiene. This can be learned through the different home chores they do.
All this put together are ways of staying far from the hospital. Cleaning is the simple solution to keep the home out of germs. And since our kids are not hospital-friendly, doing some of these chores would help guarantee a stay away from it.

House chores in every home is a must do, some seems difficult to some people while some people see such chores as very simple.

If we do these daily tasks of the house together, a good relationship is formed between us. House can be kept beautiful and clean through work. It is better to teach children these tasks from a young age so that they do not look down on these tasks.
Exactly my point. The home is better kept clean with the chores.

The kids should make it a point of duty to learn how to perform house chores which is crucial I their development, If they learn how to perform these chores they end up being more responsible in life. You stressed how you could do chores without being told, that's an effect of learning these values when you where younger. That's a practical example. Success in the challenge my dear friend.
