Introduction

Fruits are nature gift to us. Fruits is something that is needed at a point in a man's life for repairs of damaged tissues and the well-being of the body. This is because they contain the essential vitamins and minerals required to perform functions that lead to the wellbeing of the human body.

What is my best Fruit

My best fruit is no other than the coconut. The coconut is a tropical fruit that is very helpful in the man's body.

Reasons of choice

The fruit remains my best fruit because of the following reasons

• The coconut water: the coconut water is one of the natural water found in the world. It is inside the coconut. I asked an elder once "who do deposit water in a coconut and why do they add sugar to it". He answered me that it is the unique work of God. The coconut water is very helpful in rehydrating the body. It is believed that ot can neutralize poison.
• Coconut fleshy part: The milky flesh of the coconut is something that one can't resist. It is a natural delicacy and it helps to reduce the potency of drugs.
• The fibre part: The fibrous covering is also important because it is useful in local art and craft. It is used to manufacture door carpet, etc.

How easy is it to locate this fruit in my locality

Coconut fruit is a fruit is rampant or available in my locality. My research show that nearly 95%of houses in my locality have a coconut tree planted in front, beside or the back of the house. So, this shows that it is easily available.

Is it seasonal?

It is kind of seasonal fruit because a batch has to develop to a mature fruit. After it is being harvested, we have to wait for another batch. Ot cannot be dried because the flesh has a considerate amount of moisture in it. After the fruit is being harvested, it can stay up to 2 or 3 days. This shows that the fruit can't be stored or preserved for a long time.

Write a Message to it telling how much you love it

The message I have for coconut fruits is that it is indeed a life saver. Imagine one being hungry and thirsty, but he/she is given a coconut fruit, he/she drinks the natural coconut water and eat the milky flesh. It is said that the hunger and thirst has been dissolved. To you coconut, I say thank you.
