Writting Expendition #40: Monday || Health [Importance of regular exercise for maintaining overall health and well-being]

Unfortunately yesterday which was monday I was unable to make an entry, but I had already started writting, before I ran out of data, I hope its not a problem tho.

WHY IS EXERCISE IMPORTANT?

When last did you exercise ?, do u know that regular exercises play a vital role in the mental, emotional and physical aspect of human's life?, it's essence is to preserve the overall health and well-being of a person, regular exercising has many advantages, that goes beyond helping in weight lose, it improves health and makes life comfortable for us humans.

Exercising plays a physiological role in maintaining cardiovascular health, like increasing heart rate, through physical activities like jogging and cycling, it strengthens the heart muscles, enhances the flow of blood, and assist in the control of blood pressure, exercising regularly can also help to control weight gain, by reducing the risk of obesity or related disease like diabetes.

Daily exercise also helps to improve musculoskeletal health, weight-lifting exercises help older people with age-related bone lose, improve their none density. Exercises for strength improves the physical function of a person's capacity, and lowers the risk of sustaining an injury as it improves joint flexibility as well as muscle growth.

Do you know how health can affect us mentally ?, Let me tell you how, when you exercise your body releases Endorphins, these are transmitters that naturally raise your mood and relief stress, or worry, it helps in improving focus, mental clarity and memory, it also help plays a major role in brain health by preventing age-related cognitive decline.

IMPORTANT ROLE OF EXERCISE TO THE BODY

You cannot underestimate the power of frequent exercise, it helps to keep us fit, in the society we will live in together, many people get body shamed for either having a big belly, or abnormal structure, being obesed and other metabolic disorders, exercises help to repair these things and keep us in shape, aside been kept in shape, it reduces the chances of these sickness repeating itself.

Exercising offers an opportunity for us to engage with our community and social contacts, by means of engaging in sports, exercise programs and collective group activities, we connect with people and give them a sense of belonging, and because of this people will love to take exercising more seriously because of the social component of it, this adds another layer of motivation to them.

Consistent exercise goes beyond only improving physical fitness, it also affects the mental and emotional aspects our health, it prevents disease and improves the standard of one's living, for aging persons, it strengthens the bone and expands the life span of a person, make exercising part of your daily routine, and seeing the changes it will do in your life in a period of 6 months.
