To fill out my post today, I will show the children's activities today, about learning gymnastics and healthy sports using balloons in hand, this is to make children excited about doing gymnastics and they will continue to focus on this exercise. .
Gymnastics using balloons is not something new for me to teach to children, but gymnastics using balloons in hand is my hope that children holding balloons in their hands will be more enthusiastic in exercising every morning, so balloons are just a tool to be seen It's beautiful and children can love exercising using these balloons.
Furthermore, teaching gymnastics to children and students will encourage healthy conditions and make children able to interpret the importance of health by exercising, and one of them is by exercising every morning.
It can be seen from the faces of the children who smile when they are exercising, this proves that the feeling of enthusiasm that radiates from the children's faces is a physical condition that they will really pursue the teachings of gymnastics today. we can apply it to children, but we can also show many other things and we make it possible for children to be excited.
Thus, this one method, there may be a level of care for children with what we teach about this sport, and the results will certainly be very proud for those of us who teach them every day.
After they finish exercising in the morning, then a 15-minute rest period is also important, let them continue to take advantage of this rest time to continue to be able to release thirst and fatigue during the exercise period.
