Friends, how are you going on?? Hope all of my steemian friends are doing great in their life. I am also well by the grace of Almighty Krishna. I am here today to share a beautiful papercraft with you. I have made a beautiful floral wallmate yesterday and wish to present this to you by taking part in this diy contest organized by dear @mesola. Many thanks to @mesola for arranging such a nice contest for us.

Let's see the steps and make the wallmate without delay!! Enjoy!!

REQUIREMENTS

Carton paper

Pencil

Scissor

Color papers (yellow and red)

White paper

Glue

Orange color pen

PROCEDURE

STEP 1,,

At first take a piece of carton paper and draw a heart shape on it using pencil. Cut a heart shape base from this paper.

STEP 2,,

Now take a yellow color paper. Make a longitudinal fold at one side of the paper to cut several small square shaped paper. Take a square shaped paper and fold it angularly that forms a triangle shape. Fold this paper into triangle shape three times. Then draw a petal shape and cut the folded paper. A flower structure is formed after opening the folds. Cut off one of the petals and half of another petal beside it. Now attach the half portion of the petal with another petal with glue. Color the center of the flower with orange color pen. Make several flowers in this way according to the size of your carton base paper.

STEP 3,,

Then cut two heart shapes from the yellow color paper. Take a red color paper and cut three heart shapes from it. Then take a white paper and cut five heart shapes from it. The white hearts should be larger than the colored hearts.

STEP 4,,

Attach the red and yellow hearts on the white hearts with glue. Now cut three slender and long pieces from yellow color paper.

STEP 5,,

Now attach the flowers to the base paper with glue. Also attach the two red hearts to the base paper at the right side. Attach one end of each of the three long yellow papers with two yellow hearts and one red heart. Next attach other endings of those yellow papers with the lower side of the base paper. Now the wallmate is ready to decorate your wall.

I have got the idea of this beautiful wallmate from youtube. There are a lot of papercraft tutorials in youtube.

Origami seems very interesting to me. Using paper we can make many useful things like flower vase, wallmate, envelope etc. Papercrafts are very nice and cheap for decorating houses. These are creative and interesting to kids.
I made plant pot from plastic bottles of different sizes. I also made garden of paper flowers by using plastic base of biscuit packet. These recyclings are amazing.
