When the trip is long and the kids need some fun, what do you do?

Do you play a game, tell them some jokes or just read Leonard Maltin and Richard Bann's The Little Rascal?

For me, I would do none of the above. So what I do is create pictures in my head until I slip into Disneyland — my land of Nod.

That's not a good idea though because sleeping all day makes one lazy. So today I decided to stop by the Steem Kids and Parents community to learn, play and have a lot of fun.

I'm beginning with @patjewell's minicontest today.

For this week, she spies on something that begins with the letter “B”. What could they be? I've been racking my brain all day.

So here are the clues:

1. It is a 9-lettered word
2. It can be mine, yours, or someone else’s
3. It is more than facts
4. You need permission

After much deliberation, I've decided to settle for BROADCAST.

The 9-lettered word “broadcast” refers to a programme — could be a bulletin, documentary, entertainment show, advertising etc — that is transmitted on TV, radio, magazine or the internet. These pieces of information or content are usually broadcasted to a large audience.

The content of a broadcast can vary widely, and it could include factual information, opinions, entertainment, news, or a combination of any of these.

While some broadcasts may focus on factual information or news, many others are designed to be more than just facts. For example, a TV show or a movie that is broadcasted can include elements of storytelling, emotions and humour.

Finally, you need permission from media companies to put out any content and information.
