Today I will be teaching us how to prepare jellof rice, most especially jellof rice is known by everyone mostly people in Nigeria and in some other countries, we nigeria also grow rice in our farms,

When we are talking about rice, we say that rice gives us a lot of carbohydrates in body and it also help in energizing our body so that we can perform exercise.

INGREDIENTS

• TOMATOES
• NUTMEG
• CRAYFISH
• GROUNDNUT OIL
• PEPPER
• MAGGI
• MIX SPICE
• ONION
• SENT LEAF 🌿

This is all you need to prepare a delicious jellof rice, with this ingredients your food will be so sweet and good to good.

STEPS IN PREPARERING JELLOF RICE

This is one of the first step you need to perform, which is turning your gas cooker on, and before you on your gas on make sure you are not with your phone 📱 to avoid fire at break.

This is the second step you need to take, which is boiling your white rice, after you are done boiling the Rice, remember to boil it half Done so that it will not spoil, then you need to Wash the rice at least four good times to avoid it giving you any form of teast that is not good in your tongue.

Basically at this point you need to slice your onions, after you have sliced your onion, then you need to pour in your oil into the pot after that put the onion after some time put your tomatoes, then put some of your ingredients.

Now you need to pour in small water, then leave it for some time after that put another water that will be enough for the rice, then pour in your rice and close it for a while then wait for your result.

Wow our delicious jellof rice is ready and good to go, indeed they food was great.
