Reasons to leave our comfort zone

Generally when we talk about the comfort zone, we immediately relate it to contexts or situations that are part of our environment and make us feel very pleasant, however, this does not really happen in this way because, a comfort zone is one that starts from pleasant and unpleasant situations of which we are accustomed. In other words, they are routines that we design.

Keep in mind that, routines are exhausting as well as, they are responsible for preventing us from making decisions, thinking analytically, among other very important things to be able to move forward and because of this, it is essential that we dare to leave the comfort zone because, in that way we will avoid monotony.

A few days ago I was thinking about the number of times we allow comfort to have control over us and, when this manifests we go on to live a lifestyle that develops by inertia just like, we succumb to a bubble where we do not perceive that life advances, evolves, but, as we are inside it, We do not notice it and if for one reason or another it happens, the reaction we have is to complain, we see everything impossible and unbearable and mechanically, we refuse to accept good habits where we must apply efforts and disciplines since, the easy is the only way that seems the most viable.

In my case I was taught not to make the comfort zone my habit and as I have seen the excellent results I receive when exploring in other horizons I think that, when we do not dare to leave the comfort zone, we immediately renounce growth and if we go further, to life because, Easy habits impoverish us every day that passes and if for some reason or another here there is someone who does not know the benefits of leaving the comfort zone, in this publication I will share some of them.

When leaving the comfort zone, the first thing we begin to discover are those skills that we did not know we had and this experience is wonderful because, we realize that we are more than we see in the first instance and when we leave the usual, we verify that a challenge is capable of potentiating all our skills. At this point keep in mind that, setting goals, will allow us to evaluate the capabilities we possess and at the same time, we maintain an illusion that helps us to distance from our thinking, everything that is negative.

It should be noted that, if we leave our comfort zone, we are more flexible, empathetic and tolerant. The cause of this is because we stop seeing things from the same angle all the time and are even able to observe our interior. In my experience, I have noticed that the more I dare to leave my comfort zone, I stop seeing life as difficult or impossible because, beyond the negative, I only focus on projecting the opportunities I have in each change I make.

If we dare to challenge ourselves, we will progressively acquire the necessary confidence in ourselves because, we will realize that we are capable of achieving everything we long to achieve since, confidence in our abilities allows insecurity to be a feeling that is mutated in us. Remember that, if we get rid of fears, we will always see how we succeed with our talent and this situation automatically leads us to see that the challenges of life are a beautiful adventure where we have the opportunity to develop fully.

Another gift that gives us to leave the comfort zone is that we increase our intelligence and creativity since we create habits that generate intellectual activity. In the same way, if we keep our thinking active, we will feel more desire to live life to the fullest and best of all, we would value every experience we have daily. In conclusion, we will get out of the comfort zone because, this action is the best profit we will receive.
