Greetings steemean friends

Friends and all moderators @SteemKids. Children need us to show them that this world is very wide and has various intricacies in it. Don't let your children spend their childhood and even into adulthood just being in the home and surroundings.

Occasionally invite them to see the other side of the outside world or at least invite them to see the sights of God's creation in other places far from home. Such as having a picnic or going on an occasional trip, so that children gain insight in understanding the breadth of this world.

For our children, we just let them be in the neighborhood. They will feel bored too. Not knowing the atmosphere of other areas, even if they have heard of the beauty of a place, but they have never seen it in person.

A few days ago my eldest brother took his children as well as a nephew to enjoy the current school holiday. They also traveled with several other people by using a rental car which departed quite far from where we lived even though it was still in our country, namely Indonesia.

They traveled far from our province of residence, namely Aceh, to North Sumatra Province, which has the capital city of Medan. It takes approximately 8 hours of travel. They had also invited me before, but since I had traveled to the same place last year, I chose to stay at home.

In Medan, they visited some very beautiful places. Such as visiting luxury shopping places (malls), visiting historic mosques, enjoying the cold weather in Berastagi City which is dubbed the Cold City.

With this we invite and introduce the other side of the outside world to our children. Then they will know the difference between the atmosphere where they live and the atmosphere in other areas.

And of course, the costs incurred are quite large, but there is nothing wrong with occasionally pampering our children so that they are more aware and always grateful for the endless favors and creations of God that they have witnessed.

In addition, children are also very influential to refresh their brains, which so far only know that this world only exists around them. However, because of the beautiful places they have seen which are quite different from the environment they live in. They will also be aware of the differences in language, ins and outs and the order of life in other places.
