Among the different types of contests, my recipe-type contests are my favorite because here we can describe and inform you about different types of food and introduce you to my food. The fish hilsa recipe with raw bananas will present all the methods step by step in front of you. Here, I have used raw bananas. There are many types of meat and vitamins nearby, and if we have any problems with the stomach, then boil a raw banana with onions and green pepper and eat it as a filling for the stomach. The problem goes away a lot. Also, one day a week, at least a raw banana recipe should be included in the diet. It is a very beneficial vegetable for our body, and, therefore, I have used hilsa fish. Although hilsa is a sea fish, this fish is cultivated in large quantities in Bangladesh, and the demand increases in this month of monsoon, but not only during monsoon. This fish is available in Bangladesh anytime during the monsoon, but this fish is very expensive, so it is beyond the reach of everyone. But today I used hilsa fish because the taste of hilsa fish is a little better than that of other fish, and the nutritional content of hilsa fish is very high. This fish is very beneficial, especially for small children. It should be kept on the food list of small children for two or three days. But let's know what ingredients I need to make this recipe.

I put it on the stove, where I put the onion and bay leaf, and after that, I added an oil-like amount and fried the onion until it turned light brown.

Then I fried the hilsa fish, and then I added the boiled raw banana, and there I alternately added salt, turmeric powder, ginger paste, and garlic paste

. I then mixed the raw banana with all the spices well and cooked it like this for two minutes, then added some water.

I covered it with a lid, and then after five minutes, I removed the lid and sauteed the vegetables well for a while.

Then I added the hilsa fish, waited for two minutes, and then cooked it for some more time. Then I add water as much as possible,

then I test the salt there to see if it is okay, then I add fried cumin in one spoonful, cover it, and wait for another five minutes.
