I am a learner and like to know new things,

I am observing many of the Community Moderators give an assessment of the post which is converted into a score.

So I would like to know if each Moderator has a standardized standard in conducting an assessment?

I think it is inappropriate to focus only on one person's assessment, it is subjective.

I think everyone has a different standard of judging a post, some people just like to see good pictures, there's even someone who says that "the important thing is that your writing should be long", That disturbs my logic.

Here is a link to the nominated curating teams for September.
Below the team, you will see the link to their submission. The members introduce themselves but also mention what they like to read and upvote.

Once the teams are announced, each team will post their guidelines. These guidelines are not identical but should not conflict with the rules set by the Steemit Team (these rules include upvoting posts in blogs, more comments, where the absence of a club status or the use of an upvotebot should not play a role. In addition, curators should actively look for writers who post in their blog, using hedge tags will be required. Thus, those who are unknown will also get the chance to be upvoted in this regard.)

What is good? No one can answer that. Steemit wants to compare with other social media. Do you only find long articles on Instagram, Facebook, Reddit?
If many of us spend the biggest part of their day/night on this platform it has to offer a bit more next to lomg teads and posts with tje same title. Social media should be a place to have fun, telax, meet people and the fact that you can learn something or earn, buy online, go to an event is extra. What is good to and I like to read or do on Steemit you might hate. So good is personal. By now we all know that long posts are not read or only a few words.
This month we hope to figure out what can make Steemit a better place for investors, writers, readers and visitors.
This is how I see it and I hope my answer helps a bit.

The guidelines of Team 2 are posted by @saintkelvin17
