My pictures, My memories contest, My picture Album is safe with steem

Introduction

Good day fellow steemians in the Steem Kids & Parents Community. I'm really excited to be sharing my memories here with us in this contest all thanks to @ngoenyi for hosting such an amazing one.

Memories as we all know refers to the psychological process of retaining and retrieving information when needed. There are numerous ways to keep memories either by keeping films or photos, an interview, keeping old clothing and even writing histories. These images, clothes and histories are later referred to as memories.

Happy memories serve as ingredients in our present happiness as they tend to bound our relationships and strengthen our sense of identity. I always find myself smiling whenever I come across any of my past memories.

Please take your time to read through my post as I will be sharing some of my old memories with pictures as the contest demands.

First Picture

This is one of my memorable pictures if not the most. This picture represents a memory I always and will always remember. It comes with lots of Joy, emotions and sadness whenever I come across it in my album.

The picture was taken by a professional photographer on the 27th of July 2013 during the speech and prize giving day of my school. Standing on the left is me Isah Tsowa Gamunu, in the middle is my best friend Yusuf Musa and on the right is my friend and classmate Fatima Mahmud.

We were chosen by our teacher to act in a drama as lawyers as seen in the picture which we did perfectly. Funny enough the girl in this picture is dead now, she died a few months after this picture was taken and here I am keeping memories of the moments we shared, what a world. May her soul continue to RIP🕊️.

This picture here was taken on a Friday afternoon, the day I was pronounced as the Head Boy prefect of my school. It was a happy day for me and it remains memorable because of the event that happened that day. I was an SS2 student graduating to SS3 and it was time to select new prefects as the former ones were graduating out of secondary school.

On a Friday morning in my school, we were all lined up on the assembly ground and it was the day scheduled by the school management to announce new prefects after the pass out of the SS3 students.

Fast forward, I was announced as the new Head Boy of the school which made me very happy all throughout that day. After closing time, my friends and I were happily celebrating our way home and that was when this picture was taken .It was actually taken by my friend and with his phone which was later sent to me.

It is one of my secondary school days I always remember and that is why i am keeping this picture.

Conclusion

In conclusion, memories are unique and special in one's life either good or bad ones. Everyone has memories but not everyone can provide images, clothes or history to back them off.
Keep memories today and enjoy the narration and histories behind them in the future.
