Today is Friday the date of 01.12.23. There are many types of food we eat in our food list every day. Some of those foods are health-conscious and some are tasteful. I have tried to keep each food healthy in today's food diary. So, let's take a look at my today's food diary game.

Morning time: -
  • Bread:-

In the morning I usually eat flour bread. Today it is not fried in soybean oil to make it tastier. Flour is made from wheat. It is a nutritious food. It contains a lot of carbohydrates, which are very beneficial for our body.

  • Curry with potato and egg:-

To eat the bread, there was a curry with a combination of potatoes and eggs. Potatoes contain carbohydrates, and eggs contain protein and calcium. This curry made with a combination of different spices is delicious as well as healthy.

  • Biryani: -

Today's lunch menu was a little different. The dish is Dim Biryani. Although this is the first time, I have eaten Dim Biryani, the taste is memorable. Polao Chaul Dim Biryani is made with different spices. I ate this dish with my whole family. Everyone. In one sentence admitted its taste has been incomparable.

  • Salat: -

Salat is made with cabbage, tomato, and cucumber. To make it, I also need onion, green pepper, coriander, etc. Cabbage, tomato, and cucumber are nutritious food and healthy vegetables. They help a lot in reducing body fat. There is no pair of salat to increase the taste of food.

Afternoon time: -

Today I ate Alur Dum as an afternoon snack. Alur Dum is very popular as an afternoon snack in our country. Today Alur Dum is made with new potatoes, tomatoes onions, pepper, and spices. It is a healthy food.

  • Salat: -

At night I eat rice. To enhance the taste of the rice I make another salad. It is made with tomatoes. It also has onions, chilies, and coriander leaves. Tomatoes are rich in vitamin C. It also helps to increase the taste of food.

  • Thin daal: -

Thin dal is our most popular dish. Every time we eat rice, we need dal. It can be said that there is something else or thin dal. It also increases the quality of food. Also, it is a very tasty dish.
