In this contest, I will participate with my food diary on the date 22-09-23
Today I will show 4 types of food which are prepared in my house. And I am presenting my food diary.

Morning time:-
  • Thin Khichuri: -

Thin khichdi is a delicious dish. It is usually better on rainy days. It is raining today so thin khuchri is cooked. The ingredients required to cook it are rice, lentils, moong dal, butter dal, soybean oil, onion, and ginger masala.
This dish is on the one hand very tasty and on the other hand, it is full of various nutrients. Every item given here is full of some kind of nutrition. For example, three types of daal are given here. These daals are protein food.
Rice also carries nutrients such as carbohydrates. Therefore, if we keep this food in our food list not every day, we get a different taste and the lack of nutrients is also removed.

  • Chicken Biryani: -

This is another delicious dish. It requires pollau rice, chicken, soya bean oil, and various spices for taste.
It is a very tasty dish. This dish is very popular for serving guests on various occasions. Its two main ingredients are rich and chicken in nutrients. Rice is a carbohydrate food. And meat contains a lot of protein. So, in this food, we get many elements necessary for our body. Again, this food is unmatched to make a difference between the food.

Evening time:-
  • Mixed muri: -

Mixed muri are a very popular food in our country. This dish is usually eaten as an afternoon meal. To make mixed muri, you need muri, chickpeas, potato chops, onions, violets, mustard oil, onions, lemon, pepper, coriander leaves, etc. To make it, all the items are powdered and mixed. It is very tasty as an afternoon snack. This food also has many nutritious ingredients. Such as potatoes, brinjal, and chickpeas, these are all nutritious foods. Apart from the nutrition of muri, another benefit is that those with stomach gastric problems only eat muri and the stomach gas is greatly reduced.

Those of us whose staple food is rice know how delicious dal is with rice. It is eaten with rice as the last item of the meal. It complements the taste of the food. It is a non-vegetarian food. A large amount of non-vegetarian material is found in the thin dal.

Conclusion: -

I think our daily diet should have food made with all the ingredients that will fulfill our body's needs and other food should be tasty. I try to make my diet keeping in mind that.
