Hello everyone, hope you guys are doing good?. I want to share with you a story. Tortoise and the leopard.
Once yo na time, there lived tortoise and his very good friend the leopard 🐆. They both grew up together having fun and shared equally. Each time tortoise visits leopards house, leopards grand mother will prepare food and they all will eat likewise when leopard visits tortoise, tortoises grand mom will do same.
There became a time when there was severe famine in the land no food and since both friends grand mothers were old, they could do nothing. So when tortoise and leopard met, tortoise said look , our grand mother’s are very old and can’t do anything my grand mom is sick don’t you think we should kill them and eat,?? Since we have no food especially now we are starving. Leopard at first refused but was convinced by tortoise but the issue was who will start first,???. Leopard started then when tortoise visited him, he met him eating and joined him in eating but later on asked, where’s the food from?? Leopard said it’s my grand mom.
When it was tortoises turn, he took his grand mom and hided her in a secret place then looked for rubber prepared it well started bitting small small then leopard came in and joined him then later asked, where is the food from?? Tortoise said it’s my grand mom.
So one day, tortoise left home with hopes that no one will visit nor even leopard 🐆 so he went out and leopard came in there was smoke in the house tortoises grand mom was cooking so when leopard noticed he had been fooled, he killed tortoises grand mom and prepared her ther then ate very well as a pay back. When tortoise returned, he found just bones of his grand mum. They became enemies.
What are the lessons learned from that story?
¥It’s nothing good to listen to friends bad ideas.
•It’s not good to be selfish and Carrie away.
•Reason before you act.
