good day great steemian hope all is well and perfect I'm happy to take part is this engagement challenge, and please I want you to have good time in reading my blog.
introduction

Firstly I have to start with my introduction about fish, what did you know about fish?
Fish is an aquatic animal which was created to live in the water and breathe using gills.
Fish are natural living things that was created by God to live only in water and cannot survive without water, there are two types of fish which I will list them after, also I will give reason for us to eat fish gradually and the health benefit of fish. All will be discuss in my blog.

what is fish

A fish can be defined as living animal which lives, surrounded and grow in the water.

types or classification of fish

There are various types of fish for us to know fish are classified into two part which are fresh water fish and salt water fish

The fresh water fish can be simply explain as the fish that stay or live in the river or stream water these fish that live there are known as fresh water fish example are catfish, tilapia fish, and others

Salt water fish can be explain as the fish that lives in the sea or ocean water these fish are called bony fish, shark, whale and others.

those are the classification of fish also it is hard for fresh water fish to survive in the salt water same with salt water fish it is also hard it to survive in the fresh water, but both of them lives in the water the reason why it is like that is because about the salt water, the current and the wave of the salt water is not favourable for the freshwater fish to survive there, that is why there are classified.

why should we eat fish gradually

Fish is one of the best sea food that is good for human body while eating, fish help in building up your skin, too much consumption of fish make you increase in growth and others benefit of eating.

Health benefit of fish
It is known that fish has many benefit and support to the body system which I will like to outline it natural health benefit,
Fish are the good source of:

. protein
. Vitamin
. Minerals like selenium
. Omega-3 fatty acid
. Iodine. etc.
Above listed are the natural health benefit of fish.

in conclusion

So far I was talking about the benefits of eating fish and it healthy function in the body, I introduced and explain the meaning of fish that fish is an aquatic animal that lives in the water and breathe using gills, I try as much as possible to classified their types which was when I say that fish are classified into two part, the freshwater fish and salt water fish, I also give vew reason why we should eat fish gradually and the health benefit of it.
