I like this recipe of yours very much. You have explained everything step by step. This goodness is very pleasing and all the ingredients have been written by you, so I would like to discuss with you what this recipe is. How long does it take to get ready and how and when can we make it because mix vegetables are mostly in winter, so I'll just ask you if we can make it in summer.????

Firstly thank you much for taking interest.
This recipe didn't take too long and earlier vegetables used to be seasonal, but nowadays I am surprised that winter vegetables are available even in summer.You can choose the vegetables according to your choice.
