Weekly Drawing Contest 01 | Drawing of Laptop Computer

I hope you are all well. This is my entry for the contest " Weekly Drawing Contest 01 | Drawing of your Laptop Computer" organized by @m-fdo. I am not very good at drawing. But I love to draw since childhood. So in my free time I draw whatever I feel like. But I didn't think that my habit would get any value. I got that opportunity because of the Steem Kids & Parents community. So I will explain step by step about my drawing.

Used things

• An A4 paper
• A ruler
• A pencil
• An ink pen
• A pencil cutter
• An eraser

Step by step

First I found all the things I needed to draw the picture. Then I opened the google page on my laptop. Then I started drawing. I will now explain step by step.

Step 01

I first drew the shape of the laptop. I used a ruler and pencil for that. It took me 10 minutes. I tried my best to draw the shape of the lap in three dimensions.

Step 02

In the second step I drew the contents of the center of the laptop. The contents of the computer keyboard and display were drawn in the same way. This took me about an hour. Pencil and eraser were used for this.

Step 03

Next I started painting the picture. I used colored pencils as a medium for it. I painted the display first. Then painted the keyboard. I painted it as shown in the image below. It took me about half an hour.

Step 04

Then all that was left was to paint the background. If the background is painted in a very dark color, the background will stand out more than the lap. So it was painted in a light color.

Step 05

Then I wrote down the name of the community, the date and my username. I used an ink pen for that. Also drew the outline of the complete picture.

This is the final creation. My four hours of hard work.
