Hello friends .Greetings to all from Sri Lanka. Today I am going to join this contest of Steem Kids and Parents community. This is a small craft of a toy wasp. I am going to tel today how to fix it.

Introduction

It is a simple toy wasp made from waste materials. This is one of the best tricks to deal with the minds of little children. In Sri Lanka, this is called the " Bambara Peththa". As far as I know , many Sri Lankan had this experience in their childhood.

Required materials

1.A small plastic bottle(as shown in fig)
2.A piece of coconut stick(as shown in fig)
3.A piece of thread
4.A rotary wing (as shown in fig.wood or plastic)
5.A pair of scissors

How to make

Step 01

First, the small plastic bottle should be pierced as shown in the picture. The holes should be big enough for the coconut sticks to rotate through.

Step 02

After that, the rotary wing should be punched shown in the image.

Step 03

The next step is to make this rotary part. Here it should be well fixed to the coconut stick.

Step 04

Then the piece of string should be tied to the coconut stick in this way.

Step 05

In this step, the remaining corner of the thread should be passed through the bottle.

Step 06

In this step, the coconut stick should be passed through the bottle as shown.

Step 07

This is the final product. Now thread should be wrapped around the stick by twisting the stick. As the thread is pulled out, it twists and when the thread is loosened, the thread automatically wraps around the stick again. This can be continuously.

How did I get the idea to make the craft?

My father taught me to make this when I was little. He is a good teacher.

How useful is the craft I created?

This can make a small child very happy and this is a profitable method. So I invite you try this.

My sister have a small daughter. one day I have made this for her. She was very happy at that time.
