Your view on discipline is beneficial, not all forms of discipline require physical prowess, such as you have illustrated using the hyper-action child as a case study.

It is always good to instill discipline with love no matter the age grade, so they don't assume it is out of hatred. I can't imagine a world without discipline and for that, I say thank you for your knowledgeable input and good luck.
