What is good health
This is the state of being in a good physical and mental well being.
Ways of maintaining good health
Eat healthy.
Eating healthy involves eating a meal that contains the six classes of food in the right proportion. It also has to do with reducing our intake of processed food and eating more of natural food.
Sleep adequately
As human beings, we need to sleep at least 8 hours every day in order to be healthy.
Going for routine medical check ups.
This is one of the major things we often neglect. Going for medical check-ups will help to identify ailment at their early stage and treat them.
Exercise often
To be healthy, we need to exercise regularly. Exercise helps the heart to function properly and also helps us to keep fit.
Reduce stress
Create out time every day to rest no matter how busy you're.
Mental health
Take care of your mental health by staying happy and positive at all time. Doing things that makes you happy, surrounding yourself with loved ones and seeing a therapist if the need arises.
Drink water often
The importances of water in our lives cannot be overemphasized, it helps to flush out toxins from our system.
Benefits of living healthy
It reduces the risk of suffering from serious ailment.
Healthy people are happy people.
It helps us to live long.
It improves our brain functioning rate.
Consequences of unhealthy living
Vulnerability to many medical complications
like kidney failure, heart failure, cancer e.t.c.
In worse cases it can lead to death.
Angry, a sick man is an angry man.
