Balanced diet can be defined as a meal that contains all the necessary nutrients needed to nourish the body. They're are six major classes of Balanced diet and they include.
- Protein e.g fish, meat, eggs
- Carbohydrate e.g yam, potato, rice
- Fats e.g avocado, olive oil
- Mineral e.g unripe plantain, potatoes
- Vitamins e g orange, carrot
- Water e.g drinking water

Eating proper diet helps to reduce the risk of some chronic ailment like diabetes, stroke, diabetes and organ failure.Live healthy
A healthy man is a happy man, when we eat the proper way, it will help us to live longer.Maintain good weight
Eating healthy helps us to maintain healthy weight.Agility
Eating proper diet will help to make us strong, thereby making us agile.

Eat more of vegetables like Lettuce, pumpkin, broccoli and fruits like carrot, orange, paw paw because it helps to boost the immune system.Stay hydrated at altimes

Research has shown that most processed food contains chemicals which are detrimental to health. Eat less of processed food and eat more of natural food.Eat more at home
Eat more of home cooked meals, so you can be sure of the ingredients and the hygiene.Take less sugar
Eat less of sugary stuff.
Conclusion
Health is wealth and what we eat daily can make or mare us, let's make it a point of duty to eat healthy in other to live long.
