Greetings to the amazing people of this Community. Health is wealth, it is quite a pity the way people die and suffer from chronic illnesses due to their inability to mental healthy life styles. Today, I will be writing about the things we have to do in order to live healthy.

What is healthy living

Healthy living can be defined as the varieties of the things we do in order to live long.

|Tips for Healthy Living|

  • Eat balanced diet
    Balanced diet can be defined as a meal, which contains the six classes of Food which are protein, Carbohydrate, fats and oil, mineral salt, vitamin and water.

  • Eat more of organic food
    Several Research has shown that most of the processed food we eat often are cancerous.

  • Exercise regularly
    Exercise is another remedy for good health, it helps to keep us fit, strong and agile.

  • Sleep regularly
    Research has proven that atleast 8 hours of sleep every day is paramount for good health.

  • Stress management
    Manage stress well by taking care of yourself and also taking enough rest.

  • Routine medical checkups
    Don't wait till you're sick to go to the hospital, always go for medical checkups, this will help in early illness detection.

  • Do not self medicate
    Always go to the hospital for proper treatment whenever you're sick. Do not self medicate.

  • Mental health
    Take care of your mental health at altimes, reduce stress, stay hydrated and take enough sleep.

  • Stay happy
    Happiness is another remedy for healthy living, do things that makes you happy like hanging out with friends, gisting with family e.t.c.

  • Look out for yourself
    Always look out for yourself, do not make decisions that favors others and disfavour you. You come first in every thing.

  • Smile
    Smile at all times.

By doing the following things which I mentioned, we would live a long healthy life.

The importance of living healthy cannot be over emphasized, some of the benefits includes.

  • Longevity
    Everyone of us wants to live long. Healthy Living helps us to live a long healthy life.

  • Reduces the risk of chronic illness
    Going for proper medical checkups helps in early disease detection.

  • Staying Happy
    A healthy man is an happy man, people will spend their last penny in order to be healthy.

  • Conclusion
    Healthy Living is the best antidote for living a long healthy life, our health should always come first in what ever we do.
