3D drawing - club5050
Good day dear members of this wonderful community, it's Ronin once again and today I'll be talking about a tutorial on drawing.
In this post, I'll show you how I drew this 3D oval shape with my pencil and eraser. Without wasting much of your time, let's dig in...
Tutorial
| Instrument Used | Drawing Book |
|---|---|
| - | Pencil |
| - - | Eraser |
| - | Ruler |
Step 1: I started by drawing an oval shape.
Step 2: Near the oval shape ends, I placed some dots 1cm away of the intersection.
Step 3: on the left hand side, I draw a short line of 1.5cm downwards from the dot and on the right hand side, I draw a line of 1.5cm upwards from the dot.
Step 4: I then connect the right side of the oval point to the left side of the 1cm dot.
Step 5: I continued by drawing the line to the right side of the dot.
Step 6: on the left side of the oval, I draw another line to connect the end of the 1.5cm line on the right side.
Step 7: I finished it off by connecting the the two dots below the oval shape.
Step 8: I made the outline thicker by defining the curves.
Step 9: I begin to shade the outer angles and the inner angles until I get all four sides shaded.
Step 10: I gently used my Eraser to blend the black and white shade into grey.
Then I finished it off by darkening the edges again to get that 3D effect on the shape.
Remember kids, that practice makes perfect...🕊️
This is great talent and thank you for sharing, I'm sure the kids will learn a lot from this.
Thank you very much.
