Hello great minds and welcome to another exciting moment with ella were i will be giving my perception on an interesting topic on being bilingual and why it is good to be bilingual.

Being Bilingual is the act of being able to speak more than one language fluently and it is very important to be bilingual because its broadens your creativity and pattern of thinking and doing things.
Being bilingual improve your language skills, reading and writing skills......

As a parent i will want my children to learn more than one language so as to ease communication because they don't know were they will find themselves and communication is very key to succeed in life..
Kids turn to learn very fast at a very tender age because their brains are still developing and have less thought in mind so the ability to grasp more knowledge is of great advantage to them...
As a parent i will want them to learn their mother tongue and two other languages in the country and then 2 International languages.
As kids learning different languages can improve their performance were ever they find themselves especially in reading skills.

Growing up as a kid my parents never thought me how to speak their language so i grew up speaking only English language....
But as i started getting older i started learning Hausa, Yoruba, Igbo, French and German..
Though the learning skills i had for French and German dropped because i no longer had a teacher to continue the lesson with me and i began to loose interest in speaking because i don't have anyone to communicate with..
I will love to learn how to speak and write in Arabic, Spanish and German..
I so much love Arabic especially when i see the writings.
But i know with time and consistency i will learn.

There are numerous advantage in speaking more than one language which includes:
It makes communication easy
It helps you to understand your environment and be able to mingle with others.
It gives you the advantages of career opportunities especially in the foreign countries
It gives you the opportunity to understand different cultures and experience of different tribes.
It expands your mind view and perception about how you see things.
