Food challenge|| coco yam ||

Introduction

Today I will be preparing my native food, the kind of food you should really try.. am glad that this kind of opportunity is giving for us to introduce our different meal from different part of the world.

Coco yam.

This right here is the picture of coco yam, so I will be preparing coco yam with perper soup.

Requirement

---

1. Cocoyam
2. Fish
3. Perper
4. Onions
5. Saint leaf
6. Salt.
7. Star maggi.

Step1..

---

In preparing my cocoyam you first of all peal it using a knife 🗡️🔪 then after you wash them and put inside of the pot you wish to cook it with.

Step 2.

---

You now put on the 🔥 fire, as for me am using fire wood instead I gather my firewood then I put on the fire using the matchstick the I use my pot cover to fan it, using air support to make the fire to come out quickly.

Step 3.

Then I now pure water into the pot were my cocoyam is then I put it on the fire, after 45minutes of steady heating it was done so I put small salt then I take it off the fire..

Step 4

Then I wash my fish then I put it in a small pot the put it on fire then I put a little water, after I now add all the requirements listed above then I wait for it to boil up.

Step 5.

After it has completely boiled up I now add a little water to meet up the quantity I want then I let it on the fire for 5minutes then after it was done, so I now tates th n I remove it from the fire..

Step 6.

After everything it was now ready for consumption.

Conclusion.

---

Coco yam with perper soup is so delicious that if you should taste, trust me you will never stop smiling 😊 because of the joy you will get in consuming it.
