hello guys, I salute every one of us here, let me first of all recognise @goodybest for bringing up this eductiolng topic for us to share our idea so that we can learn from one another.
We all know that living a healthy life is very good, infact I believe that good health is wealth, so I am going to share my own idea an opinion on this great topic.
exercise
In other to be sure of yourself you need an exercise at least 2times in a week, workout is one of the best routine in maintaining a good health.
it is said scientificaly that someone who does workout or any form of exercise has 0% chance of having "cancer…, high blood pressure and epilepsy etc..
so in other to secure a good living we need to include exercise in our daily activity.
Eat balance diet.
No matter how busy you can be never miss your breakfast, there is a reason why it is call breakfast it is some how important to break it… it must not really have to be something heavy
The word balance diet means that we need to watch the food we eat and we should also no how to combine our meal in other for it to give us the better health we require.
this is very important especially for the kids

You've made a point bro, exercising is very crucial in one's life, it improves our health being and as a family it'll really help reduce unnecessary spending on drugs.
