Hello Steem Kids friends! Hope you are always in good health and blessed. Greetings to all esteemed members and stakeholders. I am very happy to be back to share activities in the community.

Some time ago I received an invitation for one of the judges at a competition event at an integrated school in Lhoksukon. I was invited to be a judge at the marching agility training competition. This competition event was participated by students at the junior high school level and high school students.

I left my house at 08.00 am, it took me 1 hour by motorbike to get to the school. Arriving at school I waited for the guest post, waiting to be picked up into the school. It didn't take long, I was picked up by the coach, he invited me to have breakfast first.

I went with him to the shop near the school complex. After enjoying breakfast, we returned to the school complex to prepare for the competition. He called each team leader to prepare his members and take part in the competition.

After making various preparations, all students came to the location of the competition. The location of the competition activities is in the main field. All the students gathered there and were ready to take part in the competition.

Before that, I made a barrier in the form of a circle on the field that would be the boundary when the competition took place. After doing various preparations and technical meetings, the event started at 10.00. This is a row practice competition for scouting education extracurricular lessons.

In this school, scouting education is part of learning that must be followed by all students, because it is included in the education syllabus. Scouting education in schools is included in the list of extracurricular education. Competitions like this are usually held at the end of the semester.

This competition activity aims to explore the potential, abilities and skills of students regarding the marching technique. The marching activity is a basic basic compulsory science that must be understood by all students. This exercise aims to form discipline, a sense of responsibility and personality.

There were 16 teams that participated in this competition, they consisted of kids and teenagers. In this scouting education, male and female students are in separate units. This is a rule of law, where every son and daughter in scouting education is in a separate unit.

All students seemed very excited to take part in this competition. They attend the main field by wearing a complete scout uniform. Brown clothes, red and white ties, and commando straps on the shoulders are characteristic.

In the implementation of this competition, I acted as one of the judges who controlled and assessed each team that took part in this competition. During the competition, a number of participants seemed confused in carrying out the orders given by their team leaders. One another among them even face the wrong position.

Some cues and instructions are executed incorrectly. Even some of the squads showed an untidy line position. This may be driven by their lack of confidence or their low level of understanding of the material.

Although acting as a jury, giving them an evaluation and guiding them to make the right moves. When in such a position, as an educator I know what I have to do. I encourage all participants to increase their confidence and focus on every signal given by their team leader.

Meanwhile, a number of female participants who are still waiting for their turn to perform are doing simulations and exercises. The sound of movement with a chorus of shoe beats became noisy in this field. A number of kids and teenagers seemed very happy with this competition activity.

Not only do I judge what they present, but I also give lessons for every move and mistake they make. Because I hope that my presence at this event can bring better results to increase their achievements and knowledge. They seem to welcome any guidance, criticism and advice I give them.

The competition will last until 3 pm. In the afternoon I have made a recapitulation of the results of the assessment. Winners will be announced at the end of the school term for this semester's education.

I capture my moment and invite them to take a picture together. They looked happy that day with smiling faces and joking with each other with their friends. At the end of the session I asked to say goodbye and shake hands with them.

Thanks for visiting and reading my post!
