This is my second participation in the steemit engagement challenge s6-w2. Hope you all will enjoy my article on my food diary.
Morning
My breakfast was bread and vegetables. This bread is made from wheat flour. It was vegetables with our bread. It is a very popular breakfast in our country. I have them for breakfast almost every morning. Vegetables to eat with this bread are made of carrots, cauliflower, and potatoes. It was made by my sister. After having breakfast, I drink tea. Tea is an essential drink for me in the morning and evening.
Nutritional value of these foods
- Wheat flour bread is a carbohydrate food. The nutritional value of such food is very high.
- 100 grams of flour bread contains 80% calories, 0.5 grams of fat, 15 grams of carbohydrates, 3 grams of fiber, 0 grams of sugar, and 4 grams of protein. Source
- Vegetables contain a sufficient amount of vitamins, essential minerals, and antioxidants.
- Vegetables are a great source of Nutrition.
- Specifically, I ate potato for my breakfast.per 100g: A boiled potato has 0.2g of fat, A baked potato in the jacket has 0.3g of fat, bRoasted potatoes have 5g fat, Oven baked chips have 6g fat, A potato baked in the jacket with added sour cream has 7g fat,bDeep fried chips have 10 – 14g fat, Potato crisps have 34g fat.Source

- Vegetables relieve constipation.
Lunch
Lunch items included rice and chicken. Rice is my common lunch. Rice is accompanied by various items. I will now share with you step-by-step the cooking process of the chicken item.

Making Process
Step- I
I clean the chicken and cut the chicken into small pieces. Clean the chicken pieces again. I take two potatoes and cut them into small pieces. I clean the potato with chicken.
Step- II
Cut onion, garlic, and ginger and make the pest by blender.
Step- III
Then heat a frying pan lightly and add oil and add ginger, garlic, onion, and ginger paste. Stir lightly with chili, turmeric powder, and salt, and pour water. A very beautiful color will come.
Step- IV
Now add the chicken and potato pieces to the spice. Keep stirring well and add little water if you want. Here I write down my user ID and date on a piece of paper and take a picture with it. This item's recipe is specially made for this engagement challenge.

Evening
After lunch went out for an errand. On my way home I bought some chips, chocolate, and coca cola. I am sharing their prices below. I love kurkure chips most. I brought Amul dark chocolate.

These all are junk food. We should not consume this type of food regularly. It affects badly and is very harmful to one's health. To lead a healthy life we should not eat junk food like this.
Dinner
For dinner item, again I ate rice with a fried egg. The egg is a supper food. We all should eat an egg every day. There are many health benefits of an egg. It contains calories, vitamins, protein, and healthy fat.
I prepare the egg fry with green chili, chopped onion, salt, and egg.
My Dinner
I try to eat atleat one fruit everyday. Tonight I ate a Malta fruit. This fruit is available all over the world and all over the year. the taste of this fruit is sweet and contain lots of vitamin C. This fruit is very much healthy for our body. So, if it is possible we all should take a fruit everyday.
