How I took my kids out for exercise on 02/10/2021 BY @PATJOE 10% to @steemkidss
Hello follow kids lovers. How are you doing? I trust you are doing well with the kids?
When we woke up this morning, we did our morning prayers after that we went out for exercise. Before I explain the types of exercise we did let me tell you the important of exercise:
- It help their bones and muscles.
- It help them in development.
- It help to enhances and promotes their skills.
BENEFITS. Of exercise in children:
- It improve their memory and brain to function well.
- It fight against many chronic deasease.
- It improve quality sleep.
Here are types of exercises we did which are :
- jumping jacks, which helps the bones
to be strong.
- Another one is squartting, which help the join to be flexible
Also dancing, dancing helps in blood circulation.
