Recreation is so important! It is the fuel we need to keep us going.
I just love that you wrote that kids also need it. I think we often think that kids don't do much, but they also work hard. School can be very stressful because of the pressure to do well in academics, sports, etc.
A little bit of recreation can do wonders for them.
