Hello, good evening my dear steemians from steem kids and parents community, greetings to you all from this angle. I am so very much delighted to partake in this great contest of nature and health. Here is my own entry.

Introduction

First of all what is nature

Nature is everything created by God both plants, animals and the waters and everything inside it for the benefits of man.
God knew that man will be in need and he created all for us to use and enjoy.

Let's take a look at some of the benefits of nature. Generally nature helps us to get
improvement in mental health and our mood, Reduced stress levels, Increased physical activity and overall well-being and the most beneficial part of nature is that it boost the immune system and enhances better sleeping quality. In the same vein I would love to talk about some useful natural fruit.

COCONUT: Coconut is a one of the most delicate and nutritious fruit that nature can ever offer. Here are some useful benefits of coconut.

NUTRITIONAL VALUE: Coconuts
have an exceedingly great source of healthy fats, protein, fiber, and various vitamins and minerals including water.

Digestion: Coconut fiber and water can help regulate bowel movements in the stomach, alleviate constipation, and support gut health. It also helps in easy and fast digestion. I remember when my niece was born , the first thing that was given to her was coconut water to prevent stomach pain and it worked

Supports bone health: Coconut's high
content of manganese can help maintain bone abnormalities, reducing the risk of bone weakness and fractures.
How about cooking rice with coconut. One of the most expensive food in our restaurants and also it's oil which smells good and help to maintain smooth skin and healthy hair.

PLANTAINS: Plantains is a very nice plant with numerous benefits. Here are some benefits of Plantains.

Rich in potassium: Plantains is an excellent source of potassium which is essential for healthy blood pressure, heart function, and muscle recovery.

Good source of fiber: Plantains contain a sumtious amount of fibre, supporting healthy digestion and metabolism, bowel movements, and cholesterol levels regulations.

Source of iron: Plantain is enriched with iron which is a very essential nutrient that has to be present in the human body
Most families can't stay for a week without including Plantain in their meal especially for children

SUGARCANE: Sugarcane is a tropical grass and sweet plant which is highly demanded in the society for various purposes like, production of sugar, natural sweetener and other vigorous purposes. Here are some benefits.

Natural sweetener: Sugarcane is a natural source of sugar, providing a healthier alternative to refined sugars.

Rich in nutrients: Sugarcane is a good source of vitamins B and C, potassium, magnesium, and iron.

May help lower blood pressure: Regular consumption of sugarcane juice may help reduce blood pressure in people with hypertension.

Lemon grass has really contributed in reducing level of cholesterol in the body. I also boil lemon grass and drink when ever I feel malaria symptoms and then I urinate and feel better.
The benefits of nature are innumerable all because God loves and care for us so much.
