Today I have brought you the egg pulao recipe. Egg Pulao is an easy recipe made with rice. Which everyone can make comfortably at home. We can use any rice to make egg pulao. Just keep in mind that our recipe is well prepared and everyone likes our recipe. It does not take much time to make it and it gets ready in less time. Everyone likes to eat it with pleasure.

Egg Pulao Masala | 1 packet |
Salt | as needed |
Coriander Powder | 2 tsp |
turmeric powder | 1 tsp |
oil | as needed |
water | as needed |
Mari | 4 |
long | 4 |
bay leaf | 2 |
Cumin | half teaspoon |
To prepare egg pulao, we have to first wash the rice with water and let it soak for some time. So that the rice boils quickly. We have to remove all the water from the rice. After that pour water into a vessel. In which we have to add chili, clove, bay leaf, cumin, and oil. After the water boils, we have to add rice to it.
After that, we have to take out the boiled rice in a vessel from which all the water can drain out. After that, we have to chop the onion and green chili finely. We have to pour oil in a pan. When the oil becomes hot, we have to add chopped onions and green chilies to it.
Now we have to finely chop the tomato and add it to it.
We have to mix all the ingredients. After mixing, leave it on medium flame. After that we have to add rice to it.
After mixing the rice and ingredients well, we have to add egg pulao masala, coriander powder, turmeric, and salt.
Now we have to take four eggs which we have to boil after the water gets hot. When the eggs boil well, we have to remove the egg shells, cut the eggs, and put them in the casserole.
After that, we have to mix it well and leave it on low flame.
So friends, here egg pulao is ready. Now we will serve it hot.
