But today I am telling you how to make Egg Bhurji from eggs. Many people might be making this at home but today I am telling you how to prepare Egg Bhurji in my way. - First of all, we will take eggs to make egg bhurji. I have taken 6 eggs here. You can use eggs at your convenience. To make egg bhaji, we have to boil the eggs. For this, we have to take water in a vessel. After the water gets hot, we have to put the eggs in the water and let it boil.
- After the eggs are boiled, we have to take them out of the water and pour cold water on the eggs so that the eggs cool down quickly. After the eggs cool down, we have to take out the eggshells and keep them prepared in a vessel.
- Now we have to finely chop onion, tomato, and green chili and keep it ready in a dish. After that, we have to pour four spoons of oil into a pan. After the oil is hot, we have to add cumin seeds and let it rest for a while.
- Now we have to fry finely chopped onion in oil. After the onion turns a little red, we have to add two spoons of ginger-garlic paste to it.
After that, we have to add chopped tomatoes and green chilies and let them fry well. We have to keep all this on low flame.
Now we have to add red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, spices, and salt and mix all the spices well.
Now we have to fry the eggs that we have kept boiled and prepare them in a dish. We have to put it in the material we have prepared. After adding it, we have to mix it well and leave it on low flame.
