I wish all of you are doing great. I am also having quality time with all the people around me. Today is Monday. As per the requirement of the daily dynamic contest i am going to discuss about health in this post.Health is the state of being physically and mentally fit, having positive interpersonal relationships, and being spiritually awakened. To live a healthy life, one must take care of all aspects of his health.

Maintain a Healthy Diet Plan |

The first step towards good health is to consume a diet high in micronutrients. Fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables, in particular, should be included in your diet. Include pulses, eggs, and dairy products to aid in overall growth, as well as cereals to provide energy to keep you going throughout the day.
Get Enough Rest |

It is critical to give your body enough rest in order to stay healthy and have enough energy to work. This requires 8 hours of sleep per day. You should never, ever sacrifice your sleep. Sleep deprivation makes you drowsy and physically and mentally draining.
Exercise |

It is critical that you surround yourself with people who are positive.. Be with people who will engage you in healthy and meaningful discussions, as well as those who will encourage you rather than discourage you. This is beneficial to both your emotional and social health.
