STEEMKIDS WEEKLY CONTEST #2: THE HOME OR THE SCHOOL, WHICH SHOULD HAVE MORE INFLUENCE ON THE CHILD? | Home Should!

Socializing is the best thing to happen to an individual. We grow up seeing people we can’t figure out. We learn their tongue, try mentioning their names to being able to communicate well. that’s socialization which started in the house.

From where I come from school is where we go to learn about books and corrections to our daily lives. This is on my part that, in school, you get corrected for things you should have known. If you should have known them, then where are you supposed to learn them? I will say at home. My point is, home is where there to should much influence on the child than in school. My reasons are below.

Socialization starts at home. As I said, children learn to behave around people and get interact at home. Their parents give them the chance to get to know them giving them what it means to socialize. Before you go to school, you should be a master in socialization if not, you will complete it without even having a friend apart from your teacher.

The next reason is, home is where the child learns manners. The manners of a child are important. In school, we have a variety a child can choose from. From the good to the worse. But at home, the child will be subjected only to his or her parents.
The parents do a good job by raising the child to be good. So, with more influence at home, the child has a higher probability of growing with good manners to help the community.

Moving forward, a child needs someone he can look up to. A person he is sure will make a good person. The child develops this mindset from the training which should come from the home. The child will feel okay choosing either parent to be a role model rather than taking a person from school. school trains many people. Both we want the child to be assured of a good personality. With this, I think home should be given much attention.

The child needs to enjoy his or her childhood. School is where we study. We don’t play in school; we go shape our personalities there. The child, therefore, needs an environment to give her the freedom to enjoy her childhood. Of which home is the best choice for this.

Lastly, the child should have someone they trust. Even though they can rely on their teachers but have their parents as those people will be the best option. They sleep in the same house and if something happens, the child should tell them and not wait to go to school to tell his or her teacher.

With the above, I think home should have more influence than school. these points are from personal experience. I was raised at home with much attention and today I am a better person. For anyone to be better, then it will be from the raising of his or her parents. Let’s let our children have that it’s a blessing.
