INTRODUCTION
Green leaf means life,when you see any leaf green It means it alive and healthy.Green also signify bountiful Agriculture. Today am glad to take some photographs of green leafs around me.

Cocoyam is a very good and well known leaf in Nigeria. In Nigeria ,It is called different names such as.

The leaf of cocoyam is used to wrap a native food in Akwaibom called Ekpang nkuwo.That means it has a great health benefit. Lets find out.
Cocoyam leaf is very rich in vitamin A which is good for the eye.
If we use cocoyam leaf for our food is good because it has low fat.
Cocoyam leaf boost week immune system.
Note .The cocoyam leaf is of different types ,there are the ones that itches.So the new leafs that are still fragile is recommended when using it for cooking.

Pumpkin is a green vegetable that is eaten raw or cooked.Pumpkin leaf is very nutritious. It gives blood. It is also good for internal heat. Green pumpkin leaf replenishes loss cells and makes the skin to look healthy.

Bitter leaf is an edible leaf used in cooking soup.In Igbo land bitter leaf is prepared with cocoyam and other food stuff that makes it special to us .It has so many health benefits like.
bitter leafs water is used to cure ringworm on the skin.
Bitter leaf water subsidizes stomach ache and stops worm attack in the stomach.
It can be used to cure bloody shit in animals like chicken.
It is used in pharmaceutical industries to produce drugs.
The names you can hear people call this bitter leaf are.
- The Igbos calls it Ońugbo.
- The Ibibios calls it Etidot.

Conclusion
Green leaf are very important to us because they beautify our surroundings . I Iove planting green leaf around me as you can see my pumpkin leaf and bitter leaf.
