Good evening dear steemians I am happy to participate in this contest on "Unleash the secret to the use of a healthy child and win a prize".

                INTRODUCTION 

children apart from women are the most vulnerable in the society, this is because they have neither the means or ability to determine certain factors in their lives.It is true that some children are born poor and some are born rich but they all face a common struggle "Health ".
Yes, children are born with immune system so fragile that they could easily get sick or unhealthy. How and what factors contribute to Good child health? Well let's consider a few factors.
FACTORS CAUSING A HEALTHY CHILD

1.ENVIRONMENT:when one thinks of a healthy child one thinks of a chubby child free from physical illness, we'll that's a partial picture of a healthy child, I would want to add that a healthy child is free from mental illness as well . So then what environment contributes to a child's good health?
A clean environment
A loving and violence free environment
An educational or learning environment
For good physical and mental health children need to be exposed to such environment.

  1. PHYSICAL HYGIENE
    A Healthy Child is always neat, for the best of children's health physical hygiene must be a priority because of their vanurable immunity children easily get sick from germs and viruses thus keeping their cloths neat, regular baths, washing of hands frequently and staying away from the sick will keep them healthy.

3.EXCERCISE
For better intellectual and physical health children need a good amount of exercise or activity , this way they develop stronger bones and immunity, they also develop mentally as they learn from those activities . So for a healthy child exercise is important. Not too much though it should be regulated.

4.SLEEP
A Healthy Child gets enough sleep, this way the body relaxes and the brain isn't too stressed for learning. 8hours or more of sleep is recommended.

5.HEALTY DIET

It is important that a child eats a balanced meal consisting of all seven classes of food
Protein-eggs, fish, meat, milk, yoghurt etc
Vitamins and minerals - fruits and vegetables

Carbohydrates-rice, yam etc
Fats and oil- Butter
Water.
This will encourage growth and maintain internal health by boosting immunity.
It is worthy of note that many parents over feed their children with junk just so they appear healthy but please note that obesity is not healthy. So feed your child appropriately , on time and in the right ration, sweets and chocolates shouldn't be a daily but regulated.

6.IMMUNIZATION
A Child must be vaccinated against common child infections or disability e.g polio and measles. This way he or she doesn't suffer the consequences of these diseases and remains healthy.
CONCLUSION
The above mentioned amongst others are "the secret to the cause of a healthy child " all parent who desire healthy children must keep to them, thumbs up to all who have healthy children and those looking to have as well, Thank you.
