Steem greetings to you all in steem kids & parents . It's another opportunity with great pleasure to share with you all my diary though it been a while since I hear from my lovely friends due to tight schedule but I'm back fully. I believed you all will love my Stew 😊😊.

INTRODUCTION

Stew is the one of the food that should be readily available in every home especially where children dominate, children loves Stew and can be willing to eat it anytime and any movement. I can still recall vividly when a child is not feeling fine at home and this question is through "What will you love to eat"The respond will be Rice and Stew. Aside Rice, Stew can be eaten with anything like boiled yam and Stew, boiled plantain and Stew, bread and Stew etc. The list goes on and on. For proper explanation permit me to use pictures and explain how I make my Stew because different people have different ways and methods of cooking their Stew. Please learn my own method today

Recipe

• Fresh tomatoes

• Tin tomatoes

• Fresh pepper

• Chicken stock

• Onions

• Groundnut oil

• Maggi, salt and spice optional not everyone like spices in their Stew.

Step 1 Wash your pot very clean put the empty pot on your gas and allow it to dry for 5minute before adding your groundnut oil and allow it to hot before adding your onions

Then put your tin tomatoes and stir it for a while for the slapping part to go off before adding your fresh tomatoes in order to blend the taste

Step 2 After adding your fresh tomatoes you have to stir it for at least 10-15minutes before adding your chicken stock

Step 3 You allowed the Stew to steam Properly before adding your Maggi, salt and pepper why ? Because the stocked used as already been spiced with Maggi salt and pepper so that it will not be over dose or under dose.
