Nutritional Value of Plantain and Eggs

Plantains have so many nutritional benefits and that's why I love it. Plantains are rich in carbohydrate which is the main source of energy for the body. It also contains fiber which make us filled easily. Plantain also contains potassium which is necessary for skeletal and smooth muscle contraction. Plantains are also rich in vitaminA. Vitamin A makes one have for proper vision and regulation of gene.

On the other hand; Eggs are loaded with lots of nutrient which are rare in the modern diet. They contain a little bit of almost every nutrient you need as they contain protein majorly and some amounts of calcium, vitamin D, vitamin E, vitamin K, Zinc and vitamin B6.

Ingredients involved include

Ripe plantain , Eggs, groundnut oil, salt, pepper, onions

Step involved in preparing

Get your ripe plantain

Peel it and slice it into bowls, sprinkle little quantity of salt then put your frying pan on fire allow it to Hot put a sizable quantity of groundnut oil and allow it to heat on fire then put ur plantain in the Hot oil and allow it to fry until it's turn light brown

Drain it out from oil and put in sieve for the oil to drain.

Frying of Eggs

Collect your eggs 🥚🥚🥚, Wash it with cold water then break it inside plait add pepper, onions and salt then stir it with fork 🍴 put your fry pan on fire add a drop of groundnutoil allow it to be Hot and then turn your stired eggs inside oil for few minutes

Then serve your food for breakfast
