Greetings dear steemians in steem kids and parents platform I want to say a very thank you for the organizer of this food challenge I'm delighted to be part of the contest and All the participants I wish all of us goodluck has we partook in this Contest

Cooking has been one of the things I find joy in doing and being able to prepare delicious meal gladens my heart and I'm here show how to prepare Beans and plantain I hope it will be educative and my friends will also gained knowledge while learning with me. Beans and plantain can be eaten anytime of the day either as breakfast, lunch or dinner but usually we eat has breakfast

. Raw Beans

. Ripe plantain

. Onions . Crayfish . Pepper . Palm oil . Maggi . Salt

Select your beans from chaff

and wash it with cold water and then parboil it allow it to boil properly before draining the first water out,then put a sizable water and put on fire allow The Beans to soften before adding onions, Palm oil, crayfish, onions, salt and I put my pepper 🌶️ last because if you put it and cook for a longer time the oil will absorb the hotness so immediately I put my pepper I will wait for 5minutes before bring it down

Beans is ready

Then for plantain; get a ripe plantain

Peeled it and cut into desired size then add sizable water put salt and cook for 20minutes bring it down and drain the water

My delicious meal is ready

I dish it in food flask for breakfast

since my siblings were still sleeping when they wake up they can eat their food without stress
