Hi @nooruleman, it is very true that charity starts at home, if we all as a family practice it, it is more feasible that we can apply it outside our homes.
Observing the smile of satisfaction of others, drives us to continue being charitable, since we do not expect anything in return, just seeing the happiness in others, fills us with satisfaction.
In the end, as you express it, charity is not only about empathy in the tangible, it is also something emotional, giving advice or a helping hand.
